Submission to IJAE from a 2-Page Japanese Conference Paper Will Be Possible

Starting from the 2026 JSAE Autumn Congress, the paper submission system for the congress will be revised. With the discontinuation of the simultaneous submission system, authors will be able to develop and expand a 2-page Japanese conference paper presented at the congress into a full paper for submission to IJAE. Letter of condolence to Professor Huei Peng

Professor Huei Peng, a great researcher on vehicle control and transportation engineering, passed away by heart attack on November 18th, 2022. Professor Peng provided continuous support for the The International Journal of Automotive Engineering (IJAE) as a member of advisory editorial board. Transition to the Creative Commons CC License for Published IJAE Articles for the Purpose of DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals) Inclusion.

Since 2020, IJAE articles have been publishing under the Creative Commons License (CC License), which differs from the previous “All Right Reserved” license. CC License is more like a ’some rights reserved’ license, which allows users to use article contents without prior permission under specific conditions, and has become the ‘de facto’ global standard for open access scholarly journals.
